MED Hotels Greece was looking for an integrated solution that combines its financial & accounting computerization, with the full support of the wide range of special services it provides to its multiple hotel units-clients.
We enthusiastically accepted the challenge of organizing MED Hotels Greece. The Clusters Cloud system that we proposed already had the necessary structure and flexibility, but also the possibility of additional parameterization, in order to meet the high demands of the client, which go beyond the usual ERP functions. With Clusters Cloud ERP, MED Hotels Greece can register, invoice and be informed about all its financial & accounting activity, while with CRM it fully manages its customer relations. However, in the same single environment of the Clusters Cloud and with the utilization of the branches, it can simultaneously issue the invoices of its customers. Also, with the Front Office, it can register and monitor the reservations of its customers and travel agencies, based on special contracts that describe the pricing policy of each hotel. Finally, with BPM-Workflows, MED Hotels Greece can record and organize the activity and collaboration of its staff, plan and assign tasks with implementation deadlines, monitor their progress, record the relevant communication and receive automatic notifications.
