Our client is a Rehabilitation and Recovery Center, a modern healthcare facility with medical and nursing units, specialized medical equipment, rehabilitation equipment, and experienced staff who care for patients with mobility, cognitive, and behavioral difficulties.

Their Needs

The management wanted a solution that, in addition to managing procurement and accounting processes, would be able to monitor and control the finances of the various clinics and their patients. Since they already had medical software for archiving and monitoring patients, they needed a system that would combine information from the third-party application and Atlas ERP, providing a unified way to visualize business activity, finances, procurement, personnel, and more, both overall and by clinic, department, and case.

Our Solution

With the three-dimensional architecture of Atlas ERP, our team created a customized solution in collaboration with the client, for monitoring processes and controlling finances as a whole and by clinic, department, and patient.
All entries from the medical software are automatically imported into Atlas ERP, without additional entries, and update not only the accounting and procurement but also distribute information across clinics and patient cases.
With this approach, management has a unique real-time information system for decision-making.
